Energy Now webinar announced – Does solar still make sense?

Case Studies

Energy Now will be hosting a webinar for its members on 6th October, exploring the continued viability of solar power.

It’s fair to say the UK’s solar PV sector has been on something of a roller coaster, with initial government support followed by the moving of goalposts and the reducing of subsidies – sometimes with little-to-no notice.

Thankfully, as the cost and efficiency of the technology has improved, and as energy prices spiral out of control, solar is now able to stand on its own two feet.

Questions often asked include – ‘does solar still make sense’ or ‘have I missed the boat?’ The aim of this webinar will be to answer these questions and more.

Shaun Beattie webinar on solarBeing delivered by Shaun Beattie (pictured left), Director of solar PV specialists BeBa Energy UK Ltd, the 30-minute webinar will take place at 6pm on 6th October, with an initial presentation followed by the opportunity to ask questions.

With over 10 years of experience in commercial solar PV development, Shaun has overseen the development of a great many Solar PV systems in the agricultural and rural communities, with clients including FW Mansfield & Son, Berry Gardens, Produce World and Frontier Agriculture.

The webinar is free to attend for Energy Now members – please email webinars@energy-now.co.uk to register.
