Kinetic Biofuel offers a complete concept for handling of straw from bales to briquettes for industrial scale biogas production based on straw and slurry.
Through briquetting straw gains a high absorption rate – 7-10 times more than normal straw, which makes it easy to introduce the biomass into biogas reactors.The straw briquettes generate a methane yield of up to 300 liter per kg vs. The customized briquetting plants are offered with capacities from 0,5 ton per hour and upwards and the lines consists of a transport line for straw bales, a shredder for straw, a hammer mill, a filter or cyclone, a buffer system and/or a dosing silo and a briquetting press.
