500 Holstein cows are milked three times a day at Holly Green Farm in Buckinghamshire, with the 210-hectare farm having been held in the family for over one hundred years. Today, Neil and Jane Dyson, daughter Susannah and her husband Adam Penney run the farm with six employees, producing an average of 9000L of milk per year.
